One-third of the 2017 Languedoc Blanc le Chemin des Garennes, a blend of 80% Roussanne and 20% Viognier, was aged in 500-liter barrels. It yields honeyed aromas and notes of apricot and pineapple on the nose, while being plump and fleshy on the medium to full-bodied palate. Drink it young for its ripe, ebullient fruit. Joe Czerwinski
