In a shift from the 2016, Capion's 2017 Languedoc Blanc is 80% Roussanne and 20% Viognier. Full-bodied and lush, it finishes long and velvety—a top-flight Languedoc white for drinking over the next 5-8 years. Joe Czerwinski
