Vinified in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank, 30% volume in full clusters. Alcoholic fermentation maintained between 22° and 25°C.
Ageing in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for 10 months.
Ruby colour. A nose with hints of raspberries. A mouth with a sensation of fresh red fruit, a silky and greedy finish.
