I8 months in 500 liter barrels

Manual harvest in small boxes, insulated in a cold room. Whole bunch pressing.
Tasting notes
Structure and finesse are the hallmarks of this cuvée. A brisk attack,complex aromas with a good hold. La Roussanne offers its varietal notes of citrus and Viognier its floral touch. We recommend it with half-cooked fresh tuna with sesame.
