Fermentation of wine is carried out in temperature-controlled wooden vats Fournier.
The aging period is 18 months, during which the wine matures in French oak barrels, 70% of which are renewed annually.
Wine of intense red color. Rich, rich, deep, complex, incredibly clean taste of the wine has a good balance and a long fruity aftertaste. A beautiful bouquet of wine shows hints of cherries, spices, coffee and chocolate.
