Vinification
The Equilibre blend is a combination of three grape varieties, 40% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, 40% of this blend comes from reserve wines.
Tasting notes
Its pale yellow golden dress enlivened by fine bubbles reveals a fine and persistent bead. The nose is marked by a dried banana aroma, golden apple and orange fruits. The approach on the palate is fresh, develops aromas of tropical fruit decorated with pineapple and sweet almond notes.
