AGEING: 18 months in our cellars, the current blending base is 2018. 35% reserve wines
Tasting notes
Bright gold colour. An open nose with notes of ripe fruit and a slightly toasted finish. Pretty small persistent bubbles. The mouth is full and well balanced. The power of the Pinot Noir is expressed through notes of red fruit, the finish is long and fresh.
