Tasting notes
Eye-salmon color is decorated with beautiful copper reflections. Thanks to the nuances, it offers very fine bubbles that nourish the perfect foam balls. The nose is of very good intensity, offering aromas of red fruits such as strawberries and grenadine against a background of cream and biscuits. As the wine breathes, the expression of the Pinot becomes more prominent, with cherry aromas and a smoky character. The mouth attack on the palate is quite round. In moderation, acidity brings its pungency, effervescence brings crunchiness, and dosage brings sweetness and moderation. The balance is made on a warm and silky mode. Then the facial expression changes, the texture becomes more iron.
