- Terroir: 24 hectares of vines in the Marne valley (15 min from Epernay), chalky, sandy and clay-limestone soils. - Careful selection of 5 hectares out of the 24 belonging to the estate. - Age of the vines: over 25 years old. - Harvest at optimum maturity of the grapes.
Vinification
Malolactic fermentation.
