Tasting notes
Nice notes of evolution, slightly buttery, brioche, hazelnut, white pepper spices. Striking attack on the palate, tannic touch, structured, full-bodied, creamy. Final on some candied citrus notes, even quince. Nice length, all finesse (lively but not aggressive).
