Crémants from Ribeauvillé are a selection of early harvested grapes, in order to keep their vigorous and aromatic richness. They are vinified and raised in bottle for a minimum period of 12 months, respecting Champagne traditional vinification process.
“A touch of stone fruit gives a richer fruitier edge to the apple notes on the nose. The palate is wonderfully fresh but majors on that fresh crisp apple aroma, helped along by lively citrus. The bubbles are fine and consistent on the refreshing, slender and almost creamy body — a wonderful aperitif style with a dry finish”. Ideal for an aperitif or with dessert. Fresh, fine and bright, this Crémant will perfectly marry a celebration meal. To drink young, in the next 2 years in order to keep its freshness and aromas. To be served preferably in tall and slim flute, which are suited to fine sparkling wines.
