Description

Viticulture

Harvesting in the morning and evening. Soft crushing of grapes using pneumatic presses. Pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours followed by thermoregulated alcoholic fermentation at t 18-20 ° C for 7 days. Aging on a thin sediment in stainless steel tanks.

Vinification

Fermentation and maceration take place in the traditional way for white wines.

Tasting notes

Light straw color. The bright playful fragrance intoxicates with an abundance of exotic fruits with a dominant note of pink grapefruit. The taste is fresh, fruity, with a slight hint of lemon jam in the aftertaste.
