The soils are predominantly chalky and siliceous clay. The average age of the vines is 25-30 years.

Aged on lees in oak barrels for 9 months.
The wine is refined, pale golden color. An elegant, intense bouquet woven with tones of white flowers and yellow fruits with a pear dominant, intertwined with lime nuances. The taste is delicate, fresh, invigorating, with an excellent balance of acidity, revealing tones of grapefruit. Long, refreshing aftertaste.
