Cold pre-fermentation, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (25 to 27°C) in barrels and then in stainless steel tanks for a period of 30 days with periodic overruns and delestage. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, the wine remains in aging and storage until bottling. Period of storage in bottle for 6 month before its commercialization.
Aging: 12 month in french oak barrels.
Wine with an elegant and robust body. It seduces with its intense red color with blue reflections. Concentrated in its aromas of red fruits with a sweet section. French oak gives it elegance and softness.
